What languages does the AI understand?
Bisaya, Tagalog, and English — it automatically matches whatever language your customer uses. You can also lock it to always reply in one language from the Setup tab.
Do I need to sell on kapaldo.com to use the AI Agent?
No. The AI Agent works with any Facebook Page — a carinderia, sari-sari store, or online seller. You don't need a store on the Kapaldo marketplace.
How do I get paid?
The AI shares your own GCash or Maya number (the one you set in Setup) directly with the customer. Kapaldo never touches or holds your money — payments go straight to you, and you confirm them yourself before marking an order as fulfilled.
What happens when I hit my monthly reply limit?
The AI pauses politely and lets the customer know the shop owner will reply personally soon — no AI call happens. You still receive and can read every message normally in Messenger; you're just answering it yourself until the limit resets next month or you upgrade your plan.
Can I turn the AI off anytime?
Yes — one toggle. Go to Setup in your dashboard and switch AI agent is active off. Your Page keeps receiving messages as normal; the AI just stops replying until you turn it back on.
Is my Facebook Page token safe?
Yes. Connecting uses Facebook's official OAuth login — Kapaldo never sees or stores your Facebook password, and the connection only grants access to read and reply to your Page's Messenger messages (not your personal account). You can disconnect the Page at any time from the dashboard.
Can I connect more than one Facebook Page?
Each AI Agent profile is set up for one Page. If you run multiple Pages for different businesses, connect and configure the AI Agent separately for each one from the dashboard.
How do I upgrade or renew my plan?
From Plan & Usage in your dashboard, pick Starter or Pro and you'll be taken to a secure PayMongo checkout. Plans run in 30-day periods from the date you subscribe; renew the same way when your period ends.
Does the AI ever make up prices or products?
No. The AI only quotes items and prices you've entered in your product list — it will never invent a product or guess a price.
Can I read what the AI has been telling my customers?
Yes — the Conversations tab in your dashboard shows every chat so you can review replies anytime.
