The Dashboard

Your AI Agent dashboard lives at kapaldo.com/agent/dashboard (log in first at kapaldo.com/login). It's organized into tabs:

Setup

Where you connect your Facebook Page and configure everything the AI knows about your business:

  • Connect / manage your Facebook Page(s)
  • Business name and description
  • Reply language (Auto, Bisaya, Tagalog, English) and tone
  • Products/menu with prices and availability
  • FAQs
  • GCash / Maya numbers and delivery info
  • The AI agent is active and capture orders automatically toggles

Changes save immediately once you hit Save Agent Settings — the AI uses the updated info on the very next reply.

Conversations

A read-only log of every chat your AI has had with customers. Use it to spot-check replies, catch a question the AI didn't handle well, or just see how busy Messenger has been. Click into a conversation to read the full back-and-forth.

Orders

Your order inbox. Every order the AI captures shows up here with:

  • Customer name and contact number
  • Items ordered and total
  • Delivery address or pickup note
  • Status: new → confirmed → fulfilled (or cancelled)

Move an order through its status as you verify payment and prepare/deliver it. See How Order Capture Works for the full flow.

Plan & Usage

Shows your current plan, how many AI replies you've used this month against your limit, and orders captured this period. From here you can upgrade to Starter or Pro — upgrading opens a secure PayMongo checkout.

API Keys (Pro)

Only visible on the Pro plan. Create and manage API keys to call the Kapaldo AI Agent from your own website, app, or automation. See the Developer API reference for how to use a key. Keys are shown in full only once, right after you create them — copy it somewhere safe.
